This series covers the 5 Pillars of the Non-profit Structure: Nonprofit Fundamentals, Board of Directors, Financials and Fundraising, Strategic Planning and Staff and Programs. This series is designed in a conversational style curriculum. Get the honest, nitty-gritty truth about being an Executive Director broken down into bite-size pieces from the perspective of two former Executive Directors and now leadership transition experts. TBH was created to give new nonprofit Executive Directors the fundamental keys to running a nonprofit organization. As leadership transition consultants who facilitate executive searches, we were frustrated by the need for more engaging and straightforward training to help onboard new Executive Directors. Before TBH, the market only offered “institutes” that were uptight and dull and facilitated by recent MBA grads who had never served as Executive Directors. That's why we're here to change that, and we're excited for you to join us along the way. Full participation in TBH is applicable for 8.5 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
